Admission to the five years undergraduate course shall be granted through a competitive examination held by the Association of Private Medical & Dental Colleges of U.P and through U.P. CPMT counseling Selection of the students shall be strictly on the basis of merit, subject of the prescribed government regulations for reservation.

Eligibility

• The candidate must have completed the age of 17 years at the time of admission or will complete the age on    the 31st of December of the year of examination.

• The candidate must have passed the two year intermediate or an equivalent course thereof with Science    subjects, viz Physics, Chemistry and Biology from recognized Indian university or intermediate board.

• The candidate should have secured not less than 50% marks in the aggregate in Science subjects and English    taken together in the qualifying or competitive examinations. For SC/ST, these minimum marks shall be 40%

Fee Structure

College Fee                          :           Rs. 183000.00 per year (up to 4 years only)

Hostel Charges                    :           Rs. 65000.00 per year.


• Annual College Fee will charged at the time of admission and every year (up to 4 years) in the month of    August as decided by the fee committee of Uttar Pradesh.***

• Interest free refundable security money deposit (caution fee) shall be paid along with the fee.***

• Candidates selected, shall be required to deposit the prescribed fee up to 30th July.

• Hostel charges (including mess charges) shall be paid by student with the fee (up to 5 years). ***

• The prescribed free once paid will not be refunded in any case. If after registration, of provisional admission,    any student withdraws/discontinue from the course/college he/she shall pay the full course fee i.e. entire    course fee. Only interest fee refundable security deposit after adjustments, (If any) in the fee structure will    be refunded.

The admission of the selected candidates shall be done by the Principal/Chief Administrative Officer

1. Admission into BDS courses shall be given only after the candidate produces the original of the following     documents at the office of the Principal/Chief Administrative Officer.
    
   • High School Certificate as proof of date of birth.

   • Marksheet of Xth & XIIth Examination.

   • Migration Certificate.

   • Character Certificate from school/college last attended.

   • Acknowledgment card of the UPCAT-DENTAL (2009) or U.P. CPMT allotment letter along with admit card.

   • Ten passport size photographs.

2. Candidate shall be required to complete the admission formalities, deposit the prescribed full fees and join the    course within the specified period. Those who fail to do so will lose their claim for admission in the course.

3.  All admissions are subject to verification of authenticity of facts from the original certificates/documents of     the candidate. The decision of the respective member of institution regarding the eligibility of any applicant     shall be final.

As per the orders of Government of India, the admission in BDS shall be completed by 30th September 2009. No admission shall be made beyond 30 September 2009.
